Can I borrow vases or chair covers to try out at my venue?
Absolutely! We will loan you these free of charge. Over the years we have worked in hundreds of venues so there is a very good chance that we are already familiar with your venues chairs and décor. Just ask!
Can I just hire vases or chair covers from you without having to pay you to set them up?
Yes, of course! You can hire all our items individually, and there is no minimum order. Simply collect the clean vases from us, and return them dirty, it’s as easy and hassle free as that!
Can I view your products in person first before I agree to hire them?
Yes. Our Showroom is located in Albany, and all you need to do is make an appointment.
Can you set up my wedding or event even if I have designed the centrepieces myself?
Definitely. We charge our professional services out at an hourly rate, and we can do as much or as little as you need.
Do I have to pay a bond?
No. We do not take a bond. Instead, we require a 25% deposit on confirmation of your order, and this comes off your final Invoice.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes. When you confirm your order, we request you read over our full Terms and Conditions and sign. This way, we all know where we stand, and there is no confusion.
Do you offer a delivery service?
Yes, we can personally deliver your order anywhere in the greater Auckland area, and we can also courier most of our items nationwide. Please contact us for delivery fees.
How do I pay for my order?
We will send out the payment details along with your order confirmation so you can pay online – by far the easiest option, and also accept cash and cheques. We require all bookings to be paid in full 72 hours prior to collection or delivery.
How long do I get my items for?
We generally work off a 4 day hire period (Fri-Mon) but you are more than welcome to hire our products for a longer period. Additional charges may apply.
What if some items get damaged or go missing?
We charge replacement fees for any damaged or missing items and will send out an Invoice if required after your event. We will however give you a few days grace to try and locate any missing items. You are more than welcome to request replacement fees at any stage.
