We have a DIY project for you that will make your wedding oh so pretty.
You can’t beat the twinkle of candlelight, and this easy and inexpensive design will have your party sparkling in no time!
Things you will need:
- Fabrics and/or Paper
- Tins - We used Salmon and Pineapple tins
- Tealight Candles
- Scissors, Ruler, Craft Knife, Glue, Cutting Board
Step 1: Trim fabric and paper to width of tin, and glue around the outside.
Step 2: Tie ribbon securely around the tin, leaving enough length to hang.
Step 3: Tie a loop at the end of your ribbon to hang from hook or nail.
Once you have made as many as you want, hang them from hooks or nails against a wall. Place candle inside and Voila!
We have also used the same idea to cover plain vases, which are available for hire from A Touch of Class, and complement these hanging tealights perfectly!
We have more easy DIY ideas to come so check back regularly.
